The Philippine .NET Users Group (PHINUG) and Microsoft Philippines presents another installment of MSDN Sessions, a monthly series of weekday after-office hours talks for software development professionals and enthusiasts of Microsoft developer technologies.

For this month we'll have:

Edu Lorenzo, MVP for ASP.NET/IIS, and Teril Bilog, MSP Alumnus and web designer, will conduct a double session entitled Web Development and Design using Project Monaco. Project Monaco is also known as Visual Studio Online and it brings the power of the VS IDE to the browser.

Jon Limjap, MVP for C# and President of PHINUG, will do the first of a multi-series talk: Face the Future: Ramping up from Visual Basic 6 - Part I, in which he discusses the history of VB6, its current status, and strategies in moving to more modern application development frameworks like WPF and more modern languages like Visual Basic.NET and C#.

The event will be held on March 27, 2014, 6:30 PM, at the Visayas and Mindanao Rooms, Microsoft Philippines, 8th Floor, 6750 Ayala Ave., Makati.
