Aaaaaaand we're BACK! It's a fresh new year with fresh new faces to bring us knowledge, lessons, and all the best of Microsoft technology to open 2016!
The Philippine .NET Users Group (PHINUG), Microsoft Philippines, and Globe Labs proudly presents the January 2016 MSDN Session, our ongoing series of Microsoft technology talks for students and professionals alike.
The next event will be on Thursday, January 21, 2016, 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Globe Telepark Valero, which could be found at Valero St. (near VA Rufino), Makati City.
Our speakers for the next session will be:
Alvine Garcia Aurelio, Microsoft Student Partner Alumnus and Software Engineer at Accenture/Avanade PDC, will give us an Azure Machine Learning Overview, where Alvine will show that Azure Machine Learning is much, much more useful than guessing your age based on your profile photo.
Jen Triñanes, PHINUG volunteer and recruiter and Senior .NET Developer at VFTS Global, will talk about Password Security Fundamentals. We know to not use "p@ssw0rd" anymore, but how do we really secure this ubiquitous piece of information upon which all our internet privacy rests? Jen will lead us in discussing these.
We will also have lightning talks by Microsoft MVPs Edu Lorenzo and Jon Limjap
Food and drinks will be served at the event. See you there!
We wish to inform everyone that wearing shorts inside the Globe Valero Telepark building are disallowed, and we may need to turn away people wearing shorts in light of building policy.
