June 2015 MSDN Session at Globe

The rainy season is taking its time but with PHINUG, it's raining tech, hallelujah!

The Philippine .NET Users Group (PHINUG), Microsoft Philippines, and Globe Labs presents another installment of MSDN Sessions, a monthly series of weekday after-office hours talks for software development professionals and enthusiasts of Microsoft developer technologies.

The event will be held on will be held on June 18, 2015, 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Globe Telepark Valero, which could be found at Valero St. (near VA Rufino), Makati City.

Microsoft prepared something special for us this month, the MVA WinPhone Challenge!

• Devendra Velegandla, Microsoft MVP for SharePoint, will enlighten us on Client-side rendering and JSLink in SharePoint and Office365. Client-side rendering enables SharePoint lists to be rendered on the client side, and it allows for some amazing possibilities, so be there to find out more!

• Eduardo Lorenzo, Microsoft MVP for Azure will entertain and educate us while he takes us on A Lap Around Azure Redis Cache, an advanced key-value cache and store which also acts as a data structure server. Be there to learn more about this powerful service -- while cracking up with Edu's usual antics.

• Toto Gamboa, Microsoft MVP for SQL Server, our lightning talk regular, will be talking about the Top 3 Ways to Speed Up Slow SQL Queries
